About Reverse Osmosis System

What is Reverse Osmosis?

Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a high-pressure membrane separation process that removes dissolved salts, heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, and organic compounds from water. Feed water is forced through a semi-permeable membrane at pressures typically ranging from 5 to 80 bar — depending on the feed salinity — allowing only pure water molecules to pass through while rejecting dissolved impurities as concentrate.

Crearch Envirotech designs and supplies fully automatic, skid-mounted RO systems in capacities ranging from 1 m³/hr to 50 m³/hr as standardised pre-engineered units, and larger capacities as tailored systems. Our RO plants are built with high-standard materials and energy-efficient components to deliver consistent permeate quality at the lowest possible operating cost.

Brackish Water & Industrial Process RO

Brackish water sources — including bore wells, rivers, and industrial feed water — often carry TDS levels between 1,000 and 10,000 mg/L, making them unsuitable for direct industrial or potable use. Brackish Water RO (BWRO) systems operate at moderate pressures (5 – 20 bar) and are the most cost-effective technology to achieve high-purity permeate from such sources.

Crearch Envirotech's BWRO systems are engineered for high system recovery (75 – 85%), minimising reject volumes and freshwater wastage. They are widely deployed in industries such as textiles, chemicals, power, pharmaceuticals, and dairy — where consistent permeate TDS below 50 mg/L is required for process, boiler feed, or cooling tower make-up applications.

Sea Water Desalination (SWRO)

Approximately 96.5% of the Earth's water is sea water, making desalination one of the most strategically important technologies of our time. With freshwater scarcity intensifying globally — and particularly in coastal industrial clusters — Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) is no longer a niche solution but a mainstream water security strategy.

Crearch Envirotech designs and delivers SWRO desalination systems using high-rejection sea water membranes operating at pressures up to 80 bar. Our systems incorporate Energy Recovery Devices (ERDs) to significantly reduce power consumption, and are engineered for high salt rejection, long operational life, and output water that meets drinking water standards or stringent industrial process requirements.
